Every Year, Upsher-Smith Goes Back to School

We’re looking for exceptional talent for summer internships across our organization. At other companies, interns make coffee – ours make a difference! Our interns earn real paychecks, working on real projects. As a part of a team, they’ll be assigned complicated and important tasks, with support and feedback from managers and team members, to ensure a fulfilling and rewarding internship experience.

Our summer internship recruitment process begins in January. Candidates should sign up for job alerts to be notified of future postings or visit our career site to view internship postings beginning in January.

Interning at Upsher-Smith turned out to be a great experience for me, not only because of the new skills I learned, but also because it gave me the opportunity to land a permanent role. I now work as a part-time Manufacturing Technician, having earned a promotion from my summer 2021 position as Metrology Intern. My new responsibilities include executing manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures; and setting up machines, including making tooling changes and performing any necessary maintenance. I’m happy to be a part of the Upsher-Smith team and I’m thankful that they continue to see so much potential in me!
